Gregory Jachts

Attorney

Gregory M. Jachts was born in Paterson, New Jersey and is proud to serve the community where his family is from. Greg's dad was a mason and later a member of the ICWUC union, as a chemical machine operator. Greg is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Rutgers School of Law in Camden. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court – District of New Jersey.
He has handled over 1000 DUI cases. He represents Petitioners in the Division of Worker’s Compensation, defending the rights of the injured worker. He is a past Vice President of the New Jersey Advisory Council of Safety and Health. In 2007, he was honored as the NJACSH Person-of-the-Year for his work in the Bath Unlimited Workers’ Compensation and Civil RICO cases. Greg is active in his community, serving as Class Parent for one of his daughter's classes, is President of the Ramsey Soccer Association, and is a member of the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce.

Julieta Bravo

Paralegal/Office MAnager

In 2009, Julieta Veronica Bravo joined Simon, Sarver, Swetz & Jachts as a paralegal. She is experienced in workers’ compensation and immigration. A graduate of Centro America University (U.C.A), Managua, Nicaragua, Julieta came to the firm as a Nicaraguan attorney. She was on the Dean’s list and completed a two year Congressional internship. For over three years, she worked for the Mayor’s office.
After moving to New Jersey, she attended Bergen Community College to study English and is fluent in English and Spanish. In 2003, she earned a Certification in Immigration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Julieta is a notary public. In her free time, you can find her taking Zumba classes, salsa, and guitar lessons, and working as a real estate agent.
